As the builder and developer we took on this site as a troubled site,

This meant that the previous builder could not continue works and we brought it at 20% constructed stage.

We had to get the build evaluated by plumbers/ engineers and building surveyors to identifiy any issues before we commenced construction.

the frame needed some improvements, all underground plumbing was installed correctly but there was a few aspects of retainingwalls and external works that needed demolition and to be rebuilt to be compliant with regulations and Australian standards.

this build took us just over 1 year and sold off the plans
